Developed in cooperation with the world-renown School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University Conference Center Management, Functions and Operations is the
only university course that is sanctioned by the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC).
The conference center concept is special and unique
and so is this course. It’s a comprehensive, multi-day
session that has been carefully crafted to meet the
needs of today and tomorrow’s conference center
professionals. Participants will gain valuable,
up-to-the-minute information and insights from
industry veterans who are widely acknowledged as
best in class—all recognized authorities in their field.

Operations is an in-depth survey course that focuses
particularly on conference center management and
